Support Worker - Belrose

Are you a friendly community support worker (Male or Female) studying nursing or another allied health discipline and in need of some additional work in the northern suburbs?

Quality Health Care is looking for you assist a lady in her 30’s living with Cerebral Palsy in the Belrose area to maintain independence with her community. Successful employees will support our client with domestic assistance, meal planning, budgeting, support at appointments and high needs personal care.

The successful applicants will provide assistance on the basis of individual needs in a person-centred manner that respects our client's privacy and dignity.

Essential Criteria:

Must be available to both day and night-time shifts

• A person-centred mindset

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to provide assistance with all aspects of personal care and daily living tasks

• Understanding of the issues affecting people needing assistance who live with a disability

• Driver’s License

• A bright disposition and a passion for caring.
